Roman Glass Single Handled Flask. Circa 4th century CE. 110mm x 72mm. A beautifully well preserved glass vessel formed of a flat bottomed bolbous body with a tapering neck and an ornate applied handle. Beautiful mother of pearl like iridescence covers the majority of the glass surface. ex. Private UK collection. Purchased from R.G. Widdowson, 2001.
